Buying Off-Plan
If you buy off-plan, during the early build stages, we can offer you a tailoring service so you get exactly the home and garden you want for your family’s needs and desires. Please note that these services are subject to certain constraints and additional costs, and can depend upon the build stage, but offer the opportunity to create your dream home!
For example:
- We could if requested, organise your removals - we’ll even reschedule for you if the date has to change
- Your choice of paint colour or perhaps you would prefer wallpaper
- We fit good quality carpets as standard, but you may prefer to upgrade these to the very best quality we can find
- If you have children or a dog you may prefer wood flooring
- You may choose to upgrade the specification of appliances fitted in the kitchen and utility rooms
- The in-built sound system can be fitted to any zones you wish, or iPod sockets could be fitted in the children’s bedrooms for example
- You might even enjoy a home cinema experience with surround-sound in the lounge
- You could choose from a range of stylish low energy light fittings, and we could put them up for you before you move in
- We would like you to be able to enjoy all the comforts of your new home on day one, so we can install your aerials, put up your curtain rails or attach a loft ladder for instance, all in advance of your arrival.
- We could install and/or supply a rotary washing line in your chosen spot in the garden, finished off with a low key path or hardstanding
- You could buy a shed and we will erect in for you
- Other ideas? We will happily discuss these with you
We go the extra mile ... so you don’t have to!
