Welcome to our Solitaire........

This is the front elevation of our bungalow, The Solitaire, as you approach it from the Private Drive. The drive has been tarmaced and the front and rear gardens are turfed and landscaped.

This is  the rear view of the bungalow showing the feature bay window and generous terracced patio area. The gardens front and back have been completely turfed. The garden is accessed via two gates which lead to paved paths which encompass the bungalow.

This photograph shows the wide feature opening roof light which has been built in to the Dining Room ceiling. Combined with the sliding doors this Southerly aspect room is a very light and sunny room.

The Solitaire kitchen has been furnished in white shaker style units combined with a blue ’inkspot’ worktop.Fully integrated appliances include a washer / dryer and  dish washer.Visible appliances include a stainless steel electric oven, gas hob and feature chimney extract hood. All appliances are Hotpoint.

The Master Bedroom, like all bedrooms at Underwood Reach, has built-in wardrobes. exclusive to The Solitaire are individual wardrobes with a central built-in vanity table combined with feature mirror. Individual dimmable downlighters light the vanity area and also the wardrobes.

This is the Ensuite bathroom to Bedroom two. It has a combined bath and shower designed by Ideal Standard .We have also built-in the Ideal Standard shower door which closes neatly onto an upstand on the edge of the bath forming a water tight seal. All sanitary ware is white. All taps etc. are in chrome.
