This is the front view of Plot 2. The approach to all plots including the area infront of the garage is tarmaced. The gardens are landscaped both front and rear. Feature riven pathways lead to the front door and around the house.

The Kitchen in Plot 2 showing the exclusive use of Rustic Ivory coloured Mosaic tiles. The kitchen units are Bromley Pear with a Russett worktop.All appliances are fully integrated such as the washer / dryer and dishwasher, the oven, gas hob and feature chimney extract hood are all stainless steel finish.

This is the kitchen in Plot 3, where we have exclusively used a cream bevelled tile which has been laid in a brick bond fashion to create a modern feel. The units are chosen to match the tiles and are Miami Walnut with  unique bevelled doors and drawers.

This is the rear view of Plot 2 showing the turfed rear garden, the feature riven pathways which encompass the house, the generous patio area and finally the feature bay window.
