E.J.B.Developments Limited is a private family run property development company. We specialise in building new homes, but unlike many of our competitors who build in great volume, we undertake  either small developments or single plots which we take great pride in building to the highest standards of quality. 

We are very fortunate to enjoy the support of top architects who help us to maximise the full potential of our sites and design homes for us which are both contemporary and space efficient.

Equally, there are regulations with which we choose to comply  because we feel they support and confirm our commitment to quality.

Quality Management Standard ISO9001:2008

We also feel it is extremely important that each individual employed or contracted by our company pursues the same aims and ideals as we do, and that we have the ability to assess ourselves and make improvements whenever we can.  To this end we have recently achieved accreditation to ISO9001:2008 (Certificate No: FS 540416), the international standard for quality in business.  For a small company such as ours this is no small undertaking, but we believe it certifies our commitment to quality and increases your confidence in dealing with us.

Considerate Contractors Scheme

This is a set of regulations which aim to ensure we don’t upset your new neighbours before you move in!  It also aims to ensure that if you move into a house on a site where construction is still taking place, that disruption, mess and noise will be carefullly monitored to ensure as little disruption as possible.
